What
do people need the most? It has always been the gas for cooking food. It could
be in the middle-ages people used to eat raw meat, however since the discovery
of fire most of our food is cooked. There are very few things which we don’t
cook. This however has also changed as well. The food used to be cooked over
wood fire.
However since the discovery of cooking gas the way we live, the way
we cook has changed everything. It would be only in backward countries where
the wood is used for cooking, in other countries everything is cooked with gas.
This has led to consumption which is
beyond the grasp of people. The consumption is increasing at such a pace that
it may be rationed after a few years. This would be mainly because of the
depletion in the resources of the cooking gas. The more the population grows,
the consumption would continue to rise. So what should be done? It is a very
complex answer, the need of the people cannot be reduced, however people should
understand where the utilization is more and cut down that form of utilization.
If we would like our future
generations to continue in the similar lifestyle as us, we need to start saving
energia gas. Without this generation
doing something about the consumption the future would be very grim. The future
is bleak as is, let us not contribute to its degradation. Each of us have the
responsibility of doing everything in our part to ensure the world has
resources left for our future generations.
